The Empress latex mattress is incredibly resilient, returning to its original shape night after night so you can always enjoy the same supportive night's sleep. The mattress is covered in a soft cotton blend tick that is quilted with Natura's Smart Wool to aid in pressure-point relief and body temperature control. We offer Natura's organic mattress foundation for purchase with this mattress.
