How it Works
Maintain a neutral head position, close your throat with your tongue, squeeze the solution into your nose. The solution flushes along the nasal floor and mucus and debris is cleaned from the nasal passage allowing the sinus and ear openings to drain freely, naturally.

Product Usage
For Prevention: wash with either a hypertonic or isotonic solution once per day or after exposure to irritants
For Mild to Moderate Nasal Congestion or Discharge: wash with hypertonic solution twice daily
For Moderate to Severe Nasal Congestion, Discharge or Infection: wash with hypertonic solution three to four times daily
Use Nasopure over a sink or in the shower as part of your daily routine.
