The SRS100 model works by plugging in your bedside lamp into the Sunrise System and waking up to the gradually brightening light. The SRS250 system is equipped with an integral lamp that increasingly brightens, a built in stereo MP3 player and 32MB smart card that stores your own preference of music and sounds. The Morning Sunrise Systems are great for those who suffer from sleep disorders and Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) since it allows your sleep patterns to follow circadian rhythms, which are essential for our internal bodily functions.
